Commercial Design/Space Planning
Focusing on Interior Design and Space Planning, S P A C E S is passionate about commercial interiors. We have risen to the challenge of designing a wide variety of interior spaces that create beauty and interest to clientele, as well as stimulating work spaces for employees.
We work closely with each client to design a commercial interior that portrays your business and style. Commercial interior design inherently embodies a number of unique challenges. We strive to create a space that is not only attractive, but functional as well. The layout should flow well and be functional for you and the type of services your business provides. Space planning and furniture layouts are critical to that flow.
Once the space planning and furniture layouts are completed, we will then determine the style, texture and color of the interior space. This will include flooring materials, wall coverings, paint finishes, cabinetry specifications and upholstery. Lighting and accessories are the final touches to enhance the completed interior space.
We can manage every aspect of your commercial interior design project. Our services extend beyond color and fabric choices. We provide prices of materials to be installed and coordinate installation of all products, coordination with contractors and much more. We are a full service design company, committed to making your commercial space aesthetically pleasing and functionally innovative.
Project Coordination/Management
Owner/Builder Remodels – We work with homeowners who have decided in a renovation and remodel of their existing or new home. As your Project Coordinator, we help you navigate the complexities of your construction project. A remodel can take many forms and has many players and moving parts. The homeowner is the boss — the one who is paying all the bills — but the homeowner generally knows the least about the actual mechanics and timing of the project. Many of our clients have been involved in remodeling projects and have needed a guide or an advocate — someone to help them with finish decisions, assist with estimates, and be a sounding board for the project. Remodels can be stressful because there are so many unknowns or unexpected issues that can arise.
As a homeowner, you need someone who understands the process, helps with the selection of contractors, creates a construction timeline, and will be your “one contact” from project demolition to completion.

Model Home Merchandising
Model Homes are a builder’s silent salesperson. Whether it’s model homes, builder design centers or community centers, we focus on builder objectives to create a memorable design in a timely and budget conscience manner.
Model home merchandising is a way of packaging your product to your specific target market. They become an additional sales tool for a builder, and help influence home buyers by showing lifestyle options, create an emotional tie to a particular plan, and become the vision of someone’s dream home. This visual connection helps in establishing a sense of urgency, in the buyer, and helps in the decision making process. We help buyers in choosing your company to become “Their Builder.”
